Upgrade Process

To upgrade a V1 package, we need to get the adapter back in house. We need to make changes to this adapter to work properly with the new V2 chip. The process works like so:

1. Complete the order form below.
2. Package the adapter up and ship it to us after you've gotten an e-mail from us stating that we're ready to work on your upgrade. The adapter being referred to here is the black box connector that plugs into the OBDII port on the car. We don't need the cable and we don't need the ECU. Just the black box adapter.
3. We'll update the adapter, make a new chip, and ship the whole package back to you.
4. We expect you to send your original V1 chip back to us.

Shipping of the upgrade package will be done via UPS ground for US orders and USPS Global Express for orders shipping to Canada. A flat fee of $5 applies for US orders and $15 for Canadian orders. Don't forward any payment to us until you receive the e-mail that we're ready to work on your upgrade.
